Dear Lybrateuser, - For deficiency of vit d & vit b12 you have to consume a diet rich in the vitamins & also supplements if levels do not become normal by diet alone - for vit d have fish such as mackeral, tuna, salmon 2-3 times a week, egg yolk, fortified dairy products, orange juice, cereals, cheese, soya products - sunlight is a good & natural source of vit d, an exposure for 15-20 min is required - vit b12 is mainly found in animal products like meat, fish, dairy products, organ meats, fortified soy products - you can also take supplements to normalize the levels.
