I am 13 years old and I have been eating hajmolas daily and in this month sometimes when I go to sleep I feel as if the gas in in my throat and I can't breath properly and sleep and when I sit it gets better ,is it because of hajmola and I eat food between 10 and go to sleep at 12 why this is happening ?Can hajmola be the cause?

Do much of digestives can interfere with your normal digestion and cause acidity. Acidic or gastric reflux are common if your food is not digested properly. Try to eat early and take a light walk before going to bed.
