My 6 years old daughter got high fever on Monday I went to doctor he given mefkind-p 7 ml am giving that but temperature not coming down it fluctuating between 102-103.8 .please suggest me what I need to do.

You child may have infection which needs an antibiotic to cure the symptoms. Mefkind is only able to reduce the fever , but the causative reason as infection here is not addressed .. Need full details and a check up

For fever take half tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and Get her vital parameters of the body checked from a nearby doctor and follow up with findings and Get her blood checked for CBC Mp Ns1agDengue UrineR and follow up with reports.
