My baby boy ,age 5. 7 years suffering with high fever from afternoon. I gave him Rxmef syrup he not recovered upto evening I gave two times ,then 8 'O clock I gv azithromycin syrup 5 ml (Azax 200 mg) along with rxmef .After 1 hr my boy went for watery motions for 6 times within 3 hours and vomited what he ate. And felt abdominal pain slightly .wats the wrong ,I dont know azithromycin syrup suggestible or not.
