Sir actually today I just checked with Glucose meter for sugar level randomly at evening around 5.30 pm (i had 4 chapathi at 1.00 Pm as lunch ).it showed 255 sugar level. I am in confusion now. Bit weakness and tiredness im facing. Please help me.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Blood glucose of 235 mg is suggestive of presence of diabetes. What is the confusion? Now it appears you have developed diabetes, which needs to be treated effectively. So please do following tests: fasting, PP (2 hours after food), glucose test or OGTT, HbA1c%, lipid profile and blood urea & creatinine.
