I have lot of pain in both the calf. Minor pain in both knees. Calcium and Vit d is in normal range.

Since how long you are having pain. Knee pain could be due to early degeneration. You can start with analgesics and calcium supplements and regular exercise. If still pain persist then visit an orthopaedician.
