I am 24 Years old male and I cannot grow beard. A subtle mustache & chin beard is what I got, but I don't have a fully grown beard. There are thin hairs present on my cheeks but they do not grow to its full capacity & thus, cannot be considered a beard. I have hairs fully grown on my legs, armpits, genitals, however only my facial hairs are absent. So it would be of great help if you could help me out in this regard to grow beard at its full capacity.

If you do not have hair buds in your beard Area you cannot grow beard there and in some genetic trait the normal men may not have beard or thick moustache . You may be a such a case . If needed you can do a hormonal Assay and check your levels . If needed you can also do beard transplant
