I am male and 34 years old. I'm suffering from loss of smell and taste for 4 years due to nasal allergy. By using dexamethasone it was ok. But it came again. I want its permanent treatment.

It is anosmia,,it may due to degeneration of nasal mucosa or it may be due to damage of olfactory nerve,,well u have to do proper homoeopathic treatment which can be helpful for this purpose

If you have lost the nerves or cells helpoing the smell you have anosmia .There is no medication for it as the lost nerves cannot regrow
