I loose my balance while walking, I have hearing conditions, I hear beep sounds and any left ear is weak in hearing and I have lazy eye left eye more than right and I am going through physiotherapy. Any treatment for hearing and vision.

Current studies are encouraging about treatment for lazy eye may show improvement even at age of 20. Especially if no treatment has been tried previously. Whether the vision in your eyes will improve or not depends on severity and cause of lazy eye. U need to consult an eye doctor in person for a complete evaluation. As to you ear problems. U should undergo treatment from an ENT surgeon.
