I am 54 male having 2 daughters 21 and 17. Sine I was 20 years old, when penis got erected, my left testicles feel reddish/swelling with little pain and after evacuation it was normal. I had some Ayurveda that time and stopped after use of 6 months. Currently for the last 2-3 years I have no pleasure in sex and still I have slight pain on the left testicle, and also do not any pleasure during ejaculation except slight discomfort. I am diabetic-2 and it is controlled. Recent ultrasound reveals prostate enlarged size 32. 4 cm. Kindly advise.
