My fasting sugar is 215 I am taking triexer kit 2 and istamet 50/1000 two times please suggest any supplement for this.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Fasting glucose 215 mg is too high. It is essential to know after food glucose level plus HbA1c%, to give any opinion. However, it is clear that present medication is not giving necessary control. Ideally fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. At these levels, possible long term complications of diabetes can be postponed or prevented. Otherwise you are inviting those. Thanks.
