Last month I did sex with a call girl during intercourse I used a latex condom and within 02 minutes I ejaculated but the girls did not discharge vaginal fluid. After ejaculation I pull out my penis and saw that the condom was ok, no leakage or breakage was found there. After 02 weeks I had been suffering from head spinning throughout the day since last 15 days & also I feel very tire after my office hours. I had done HIV 4th generation test (HIV 1 & 2 antibodies & p24 antigen combo test, method-Elisa) after 31 days of sexual exposure. The obtained value is 0.41 which is non reactive. The doctor told me I am hiv negative. My question is (1) If I am hiv negative then why I am suffering from such a bad headache & tiredness since last 15 days.(2) Do you think that this a symptom of another diseases other than hiv. Please answer my question. I am very much scared.
