I am 32 female and 14 weeks pregnancy. This is my first pregnancy and it is normal pregnancy. I had severe vomiting for 24 hours at 12 weeks pregnancy till then everything was fine. The next day I found blood in my mucus I went for NT scan and it was normal. My placenta is low reaching upto the margins of internal os. After few days again I found little blood in my mucus and then I got clear discharge. I thought it is normal and did not report my doctor. Yesterday again I found little blood in my mucus and today again clear discharge. Is this a sign of possible miscarriage?

No. Little bit of spotting can happen off and on in patients with low lying placenta. Just take rest for few days it should subside. As the baby will grow the placenta will migrate up and things will be better. If bleeding is more and very frequent then meet your doctor.
