For the loose motion, the treatment you have is good enough but If you give bottle feed or anything like juice or water in a bottle and feed with nipple it has to be stopped and your child should be given normal food and trained to eat using his own hands.

If tummy is distended with loose stool then must to get sonography of abdomen done. Other wise treatment is standard .pls avoid bottle feeding as it is the most common source of such infection.
