I have dandruff for years and scalp will be dried after head bath (bit itchy scalp). Scalp will be oily and smelly if I won't take head bath in alternative days. (I have no psoriasis). Hair is shedding and thinning, I noticed that gap in front line and bald at two sides (left front and right front). I used to have multi vitamins tables since 2 months and having soaked almonds since a year. I am using Tresemme (mild) shampoo since 6 months. Someone please advise me how to rid out dandruff problem and hair shedding. How to regrow hair with thickness?
