Had an unprotected exposure. After 10 weeks did hiv duo test by cmia method. Value was 0.523. 2 weeks back value was 0.444. My first question is change in value means anything? Second - what further test are required? Help.

Change in value means nothing. Both are negative. HIV duo is usually confirmatory 12 weeks after exposure. So no more tests are required. Dont worry- you are fine.

HBsAg and VDRL tests after 90 days of exposure. Being in Mumbai, it is better you come for personal consultation. In the meanwhile please take private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly and explain you what is to be done.
