I am not able to Locate the right PV muscles for kegel exercise during pee could you please suggest how I can locate it or do kegel without locating it.

You dont have to locate. Think that you are in toilet passing stool and if suddenly someone opens door which lower muscles get tightened? Just do tightening of those muscles repeatedly
