Hi lybrate-user You can not feel low sperm count. It is a lab test where the ejaculate is examined under a microscope and number counted. That said, you need to understand a few basic things. There is nothing like ejaculation force. The ejaculate is a mix of cells (sperms), and the liquid that provides lubrication and food for the sperms. After intercourse, and ejaculation, the cells/sperms swim rapidly into the uterus. The fluid tends to come out after a few minutes. This is called liquefaction, and is normal. Similarly, observing a little bit of sperm at the tip of the penis is also normal. There are usually more than 20 million sperms in 1 ml of ejaculate, and the usual volume is about 4-6 ml. So, a little bit let behind will not affect pregnancy. Finally, you are young, and only 4 months since marriage. Only 15% couples get pregnant within 1 cycle of trying. The remaining 85% can take upto 2 years with everything being normal. If your wife's periods are regular, and there is no issues with having intercourse, and you are having sex at least 3 times a week, there should be no issues getting pregnant. Make sure your wife is taking Folic acid (vitamin), and relax. Enjoy the newly married phase. Pregnancy will happen, when it has to.
