Hi Doctor, my sister is 33 years old, wg 84 kg. She has crossed 60 days, didn't get periods yet and she is not pregnant as well. Hence, she consulted gyn and gave meparat (10 mg) twice a day for 10 days, as she has been diagnosed with pcod. Now she is in 9 days after taking meprate tablet, but didn't get periods yet. Till how many days she need to wait? Pls advise. Else, she need to consult gyn again?

Normally one gets withdrawal bleeding after gap of 3 to 8 days after stopping tablets. If that has happened then treatment needs to change by consulting Gynec again.
