My mother creatinine 1.8 she is 60 years old .she has blood pressure and diabetic. She is taking metformin and insulin for diabetic. At this ckd 3 stage is she can take metformin .or any side effects. Insulin shots not controlling her sugar level Also please advice about insulin pump for diabetic 2 is she can use. How much cost is it safe any side effects please advice.

If she is having chronic kidney disease you please consult a Nephrologist and follow his instructions. Insulin pump is insulin delivery system which monitors blood sugar and injects required amount of insulin. It is good if one can handle it properly.
