I have thyroid and wanted to reduce weight. Kindly guide with the eatables that should not be consumed which leads to increase in thyroid level.

Cabbage and cauliflower are to be prohibitted. Control tightly thyroid and also take vit d3 and calcium. Brisk walking ,lot of salad and fruits. Plenty of water.

There are no such eatables which can control thyroid hormone level. Certain food should be avoided to prevent formation of goitre (enlargement of thyroidcgland) these include radish cabbage cauliflower turnip soya bean broccoli etc. To reduce weight you should restrict intake of oils ghee butter sweets junk food. Take lots of vegetables and salad. Regular exercise is must.
