In this season, since there is more sweating, the body tends to lose water and electrolytes which lead to low BP in certain individuals. Remember to take food at regular intervals, more frequently if bp quite low .Take more of namkeen lassi, nimbu Pani, and water. Drink a cup of strong coffee or ors whenever BP feels too low.
