Hi Sir, I am a 48 years old female. Recently I started developing dull aching pain in the lower front region of abdomen. My usg previously showed bilateral renal cysts and indicated pckd. The latest usg revealed gall bladder calculus of 7 mm and tiny cysts in cortical and medullary region of about 3.8-4 mm, suggestive of medullary sponge kidney. I have been suffering from hypertension since last 6 yrs. What is the line of treatment? Should I be worried?

Yes you probably have secondary hypertension but before commenting on that I need to see the complete reports including all your blood work just putting 2 lines questions will get only a 2 line answer if it was primary hypertension I can reverse it with diet and lifestyle without medicines so take a consult for history taking, doing the right testing and non medical advice to treat bp naturally send a feedback with name and number after t aking consult.
