Since two years I am having external hemorrhoids, skin tag it pains during bowel movement before and after also for some times. This problem starts, active whenever and whatever I eat food of outside otherwise there is no problem. I am not having constipation and I drinks lots of water also. Despite that I am having this problem pls advice what should I do? I has tried shield cream, homeopathic treatment also but it gives temporary relief.
