I am having pain in my right side of mouth since a week it is slightly swollen I am not able to open my mouth widely it hurts if I eat something it hurts I don't feel any pain in any teeth it hurts near upper cheek I do gargle with betadine since 4 days but no effect.

It's good that you took local measures to relieve pain. Now you must visit a dentist for proper evaluation of your problem .your age suggests an erupting wisdom tooth, a cheek ulcer due to sharp tooth cusp etc. Take some pain killers for the time being and visit a dentist soon.
