I believe for normal person usually 3 months is conclusive for hiv four generation test, what is the exceptional cases (person with hidden disease s like cancer, some ettc) and their time period for conclusive fourth generation hiv test. I have done done hiv 1&2 4th generation test ag/ab 4 months came back non reactive. What exceptional cases my test is not conclusive. I am not on any treatment.
