I had stent in one artery with 90% blockage in 2012 in the age of 49 yr. After that I have change my life style. I use walk in the morning, avoid oil, sugar and I loose my wt. Almost 5 kg. I am now taking medicine Amlopres-AT, ecosprin 75 & Mactor-10 OD. Last dec I again went for TMT test as I was feeling short breath in winter while walking as I am posted in hilly area, but report was ok. Please suggest now how I can improve further and not faced any problem in future.
