Single episode of blood stained discharge may not be significant especially if an ultrasound has been done and found to be negative. Blood stained discharge is usually due to intraductal papilloma. But it could also be due to DCIS or cancer. Cancers can occur in 20s but are rare. Familial cancers are more likely at this early age. I would prefer to get detailed history, examine you and get an ultrasound and if needed check TSH and Prolactin level, especially because the discharge is still continuing. Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.
