I have a 2.8 mm stone in right UVJ with mild hydrouretronephrosis. Is there anything to worry? I am on medication of silodosin and cefuroxime.

Very small stone. Drink plenty of liquids. Mostly it ll pass out spontaneously. But if pain aggrevating/vomiting/fever then you may need intervention.
