I have diagnosed with Anal fissure after having proctoscopy. every time I defecate, there is huge bleeding. (Around 12-15 blood drops). I have internal piles also but doctor told that's not the major problem. Doctor suggested to perform laser surgery for anal fissure. It costs around 80000/- As I'm a student I don't have this much money to spend on this surgery. But I want to stop this dangerous bleeding. Is there any way to cure anal fissure without surgery? Please suggest some allopathic medicine to cure it faster.
