My father (73) has been diagnosed with Ischemia since 2010 and the same has been progressing steadily which has limited his movement to around home and has led to incontinence. To assist with incontinence he has been on catheter which led to frequent urine infections. Around 2 days back he has been diagnosed with inguinal hernia and the local physician has suggested for undergoing surgery asap. However the glitch here being due to his present condition doc has warned me that there could be a danger to his life. He has also suggested that not going with surgery will also put his life to risk. Please advise.
