Do anal fissures causes anal skin tags? I have underwent lateral internal sphincterotomy and fissurectomy for chronic anal fissure, the surgeon had also removed skin tags. Is there any possibility or chance of getting skin tags again? Please tell precautions to be taken to prevent skin anal tags from coming.
