Hi Am 26 year old my upt is positive and I have taken beta hcg 454 now. Entroderium thickness 16 mm. When I did scan no sac and heartbeat found. Am getting mild spotting Am I pregnant? Or leads to miscarriage.

In some cases fertilised egg implants late shows no sac and heartbeat .if hcg levels continue increasing in one after another test. Theres a chance of pregnancy positive. But your doctor may guide you correctly as she knows your case and has been examined you.
