Add an exercise schedule to your daily routine. At your age daily brisk walk for 30 to 40 minutes would do wonders to your stamina. Swimming again is a very good exercise if the facility is available. Eat less salt/ have good morning breakfast, good lunch but a very light and low calorie dinner/use vegetable oil and that too in a less quantity/Avoid sweets even if you are not diabetic/reduce carbohydrates/ drink lots of water/ and whenever hungry in between the meals try to have green salad.
