I had stent in LAD in Apr 2016. I was kept on dose of 75 mg ecosprin 20 mg Atorvastatin and 75 mg clopid. In between I took ecosprin gold 20 for four months. I started having wheezing and chest tightening which added to my anxiety. Doctor put me on 5 mg nexito for past three months and I started taking ecosprin, atorvastatin and clopid separately since then. Now I am not able to have deep sleep or sometimes very less sleep leading to more anxiety. Doctor reduced my dosage of nexito to 2.5 mg but to no help. On top of it I am having severe constipation. Please advise what to do. I am 44 years old male. Used to smoke but now stopped have a cigarette whenever anxiety goes high.

Behavior change and Continuous practice of the changed behavior cure anxiety. I suggest anxiety education, progressive counseling and progressive psychotherapy. I assure you complete cure.
