I am suffering from piles along with that there is a recurring pimple next to anal region. I went to doctor ,he gave me medication for piles and asked me to do endoanal sonography test for fistula. The test shows no fistula present. Plies is controlled now with medication but pimple is recurring at the same place.

It is probably fistula only. Get MRI fistulogram.

Your symptoms are suggestive of a Fistula in the anal region. The alternative test for assenment of fistula is to do a MRI of the perianal region. If that is clear, then you just need to avoid constipation. As you have said piles are controlled. Take lots of fluids and occasional laxatives for constipation. Recurrent infection/ pimples occur in diabetis, so get you sugars checked. Would be glad to help if you have any further queries.
