I have abnormal breasts and I need a breast specialist for examination of breasts. Left breast is bigger then right one and feels penis size ball inside left breast and in past 4 to 5 days I felt little pain for few seconds.

If you have felt a lump in the breast, it could be due to many causes. Fibrocystic changes are a very common cause of breast pain especially cyclical. Some times some of the cysts may enlarge causing a lot of pain, which need to be aspirated. Also they need to rule out other causes of pain with lump like ill trauma, abscess, fibroadenoma, phylloides tumour and lastly cancer amongst a few. I would prefer to examine you clinically after taking a detailed history and examine you, then if needed ask for an ultrasound. The further course of action depends on the examination and ultrasound findings. You can see me at my clinic or at the hospital.
