My Age is 29 weight is 80 kgs I am facing a problem of constipation and incomplete bowel evacuation only stimulant laxatives work like bisacodyl. Only they give relief Please suggest remedy for the same.

First of all your weight is little high, I do not know your height but then only try to lose weight. Secondly for constipation improve your diet, means it should not very heavy.(avoid oily, chilly,masala, curd,cold food stuff, ice crea. Cold drink, outside food) Take always lukewarm water for drink and at least 3lit of water should be there for day. Take fibrous food. Add butter milk in lunch. Hope this all will help you.
