I am a 110 kg and 41 years old. Have now decided it's time to get in shape. I have gout and high blood pressure. Pls suggest what to eat and what is a detox diet?

You can make it by diet restrictions and regular physical exercise. Doet should be low calory, low fat and high fibre. Avoid junk food soft drinks alcohol, oils,ghee, sweets etc.
