I have a 5.6*4.5 cm cyst in my right ovary. I don't feel much pain during periods. My other hormones tests are normal. Still I don't get my periods without taking tablets. My weight has increased a lot. I don't want to take birth control pills anymore. Its already been 6 months. How can I get normal periods. Please help me. I don't have any other problems like diabetes or blood pressure.
