Plus a need to look at the diet and extent of daily exercise. Ideally fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% <7. Looking at your weight and height it is clear that with a BMI of 34.56 kgs/Sq meter, you are already close to being ingrade 2 obesity. Your ideal bosy weight should be 56 kgs, which means there is an excess of 28 kgs. This is the main reason for uncontrolled glucose levels.
