Sir, I never had, MI but after an episode of breathlessness and left arm pain I was advised CAG after CAG 90% blocked LAD was treated with a 3/15 stent I was asked to take ecosprin150 deplatt150 atorva40 met xl 25 cardace 2.5 eltroxin 25 now after one year of it doctors have advised to stop delatt 150 shall I do that with immediate effect or do so by reducing dose more over in place of taking three tablets (deplatt+ecosprin+atorva) can I go for ecosprin gold forte.

You have received a short stent. If one year is over, generally better to reduce antiplatelet medicines from 2 to one. Since your age is 45, even if you take double antiplatelet for longer not much risk of bleeding, so you can do it either by gradually reducing, or suddenly stopping one of the two blood thinners. I usually prescribe clopidogrel for second year, and aspirin after the first few years, but with a short stent, whatever your Dr. decides is very likely to give good result. Best wishes.
