Dear Doctor, I am totally aware of that HIV doesn't spread by using washrooms. But still there is some confusions: 1) If small amount of HIV infected blood gets contacted to mucous membrane of urethra during splashing. 2) If HIV infected blood sticks to hand and from hand to mucous membrane of urethra. Does HIV transmitted through above two situations?

These are all theoretical possibilities. Actually HIV doesn't get transmitted in this way. But you can get other STDs. Please take private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly and explain you what is to be done.
