I am 36 years female. My uterus is anteverted, size is 994340 mm and a hypoechoic SOL (measuring 3123 mm) seen at anterior wall of uterus s/o fibroid with normal endometrial thickness 6.7 mm. Right ovary is normal. A cystic lesion (352925 mm, vol. 13. 5 cc) with hyperechoic ball like structure (2319 mm) seen in left ovary s/o dermoid cyst. please help. Thanks and regards.

If forget fibroid is giving no problem like excessive bleeding during peried you forget about it. But the ovarean dermoid cyst has to be removed so see a doctor.
