I have fissure prob from feb 2018. After some medicines course no blood no pain. But some time is come when go for 1st time just little bit blood in area n some time just little bit pain, when go for 2nd time there is no blood. And its not regular, blood come out gap of few days. And it will continue for some days. So I can not understand, what actual prob. When medicines start I change my food habit as per doc says. N there is no prob. After course finished I stop talking medicines. Bt I regularly talk trphla tablet and some time talk isabgul.
