I am 32 year old and I have low platelets count (thrombocytopenia) but not any symptoms like bleeding, red patch, no fever ,no dengue. But giant platelets seen in pbf test. Is there any serious problem. Kindly suggest.

No there is nothing to worry about.Take proper nutritious diet. Take proper rest .Drink plenty of liquids . Repeat platelet count after a day.

It's a harmless entity which regularly needs check up of cbc 6 months to 12 monthly. Treatment needed only if bleeding manifestation present or platlets drop below 50k. So stay calm. Live life.
