I am suffering from irregular periods for about 3 months. And I am supposed to check my abdomen and pelvis area for pcos. Rather than that my weight is putting up. Could anyone please help me with food habits which make my hormonal level to balance.

Starchy food to be avoided. Rather you have high fiber diet. Regular work up .say walking 1/2 an hr two times a day will help a lot.
