I am 24 year old .when I was sex with unknown girl (don't know she have HIV positive or negative) between sex condom broken at last condition of coming semen (semen not come but some water type thing come )but my semen not come .I feel that condom broken .I was out my penis and change with a new condom and sex again .it was happened before 1 month (29 July 18). Now I am fully frustration. Can I have chances of HIV positive? And which day I will test? please Help me tell me how much chances of HIV positive?

There is always atleast some risk of disease transmission with the exposure you described. It doesnt seem from your history that you had taken in post-exposure prophylaxis. Since you are a month after the exposure, you may go for a 4th generation Ag/Ab test at a reliable lab. You should also get yourself tested for other sexually transmitted diseases. Will need a few questions answered in more detail to correctly assess your risk. Can do that on a private consult.
