lybrate-user, You are increasing weight partially due to the medications you are taking and partly due to DECREASED physical activity. You need to have a strict control on your diet and regular brisk walk for 60 min DAILY, or else you may continue to gain weight. Bariatric surgery to lose weight could be a good option.
