I am drug addict from last 6 years using Fortwin and phenergan injection and I want to get rid from it kindly prescribe some medicine and treatment.

It's better to get admitted to a deaddiction centre for proper treatment. A psychological and medical history is needed. Regular counselling about deaddiction will help. There is no magical medicine that will make you forget phenergan & fortwin.
